Currently Miss Christmas ships to the continental United States only. Your order will be fulfilled by our partner Amazon.
Amazon has created one of the most advanced fulfillment networks in the world, and they will pick, pack and ship your order with speed and care. You can choose between Standard shipping (3-5 business days), Expedited shipping (2 days) and Priority shipping (next day). The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. Miss Christmas does not charge “extra” for shipping so you pay the absolute minimum.
We offer FREE Standard shipping on all orders.

Returns
We really love the joy of putting a new, beautiful ornament in our home each Christmas. We want you to have that same feeling as well! So, if you are not satisfied with your Miss Christmas ornaments, please let us know.
You have 30 days from purchase to return any purchased items. To return an item, please send us an e-mail to: customer.service@misschristmasshop.com with the following information:
1) Order number and date
2) The name of the person the order was shipped to
3) Name of the item(s) returned and reason for return.
The items should be sent in their original condition and original packaging to:

If an item is damaged or defective due to improper use or care, it cannot be returned. Returned orders will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or wrong item received
We make lots of effort to ensure your order arrives to you safely, and our delivery partner Amazon does so also. However, if your item has been broken during the shipping process, please send us an e-mail within 14 days of receiving the order. Tell us the order number and date, the name of the person the order was shipped to, name of the damaged item, and a photo of the damaged item in or with the original shipping box.
If you received the wrong product, please contact us by e-mail at customer.service@misschristmasshop.com within 14 days of receiving the order. We will do our best to get you the correct item as soon as possible!
Orders that are refunded due to damaged or wrong item received will be refunded to the original form of payment, including shipping charges.

Currently Miss Christmas ships to the continental United States only. We use either UPS or USPS based on cost and speed of delivery.
You can choose between:
· Standard shipping (3-5 business days),
· Expedited shipping (2 days)
· Priority shipping (next day).
We offer FREE Standard shipping on all orders.
If you choose Expedited or Priority, we do not add anything to the cost of shipping, so you get the best rate possible.
The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Here at Miss Christmas, we want you to feel the same joy we do when we bring a beautiful new ornament in our collection. So, if you are not satisfied with your Miss Christmas ornaments, please let us know.

Damaged Items for Return

We will send you a shipping label to return the product.?
This label will only work for the original box the item was shipped in.
Therefore, you must return the item in the original shipping box.
